TRAJ45

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAJ45 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAJ45-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP11B2, OR2AP1, and MRPL32P1. Each is linked with TRAJ45 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAJ45-to-partner and partner-to-TRAJ45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAJ45→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAJ45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
