Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAJ36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,223 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAJ36-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRAF3IP3, WAS, and WDFY4. Each is linked with TRAJ36 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAJ36-to-partner and partner-to-TRAJ36 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ36 versus TRAF3IP3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAJ36→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAJ36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
