Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAJ36 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAJ36-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR412 and MIR4476. Each is linked with TRAJ36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAJ36-to-partner and partner-to-TRAJ36 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR412 grouped by TRAJ36-low versus TRAJ36-high in UCEC.
