Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAJ34 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAJ34 data layer compared with 13 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher TRAJ34 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAJ34 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC show a favorable association.
CCRCC are the cancer types where TRAJ34 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
