TRAJ3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAJ3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,550 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAJ3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GIMAP4, PSMB10, and PSME1. Each is linked with TRAJ3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAJ3-to-partner and partner-to-TRAJ3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAJ3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAJ3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
