Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAJ24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,303 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAJ24-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP45, DOCK2, and ANKRD44. Each is linked with TRAJ24 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAJ24-to-partner and partner-to-TRAJ24 results are reported.
