Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAJ18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,999 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAJ18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WIPF1, DOCK2, and HCLS1. Each is linked with TRAJ18 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAJ18-to-partner and partner-to-TRAJ18 results are reported.
