The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher TRAJ12 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAJ12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD and SKCM are the cancer types where TRAJ12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
