Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAJ11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,079 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAJ11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAT1, ZAP70, and APOL3. Each is linked with TRAJ11 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAJ11-to-partner and partner-to-TRAJ11 results are reported.
