Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAFD1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAFD1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher TRAFD1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAFD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
STAD and BLCA are the cancer types where TRAFD1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
