Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAFD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,707 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAFD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRAFD1_S327, OAS3, and IFIT3. Each is linked with TRAFD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAFD1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAFD1 results are reported.
