Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAFD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,160 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAFD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLAAT4, UBE2L6, and PSMB10. Each is linked with TRAFD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAFD1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAFD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAFD1 versus PLAAT4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAFD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAFD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
