TRAFD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAFD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 632 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAFD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP23, RN7SKP286, and RNA5SP422. Each is linked with TRAFD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAFD1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAFD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP23 grouped by TRAFD1-low versus TRAFD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAFD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAFD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
