Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAFD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAFD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY3, C1orf232, and EPPIN. Each is linked with TRAFD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAFD1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAFD1 results are reported.
