Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAF6 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAF6 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher TRAF6 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAF6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and GBM show a favorable association.

PDAC, UCEC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where TRAF6 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
