TRAF6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,915 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAF6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL26, RPL7A, and GRPEL1. Each is linked with TRAF6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF6-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAF6 versus RPL26 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
