TRAF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAF6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,375 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ21, SHC1P1, and RNU6-370P. Each is linked with TRAF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF6-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ21 grouped by TRAF6-low versus TRAF6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
