Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAF6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CABP5, NTSR2, and PYDC2. Each is linked with TRAF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF6-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF6 results are reported.
