Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAF5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAF5 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TRAF5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAF5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, COAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where TRAF5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
