Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAF5 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAF5 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TRAF5 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAF5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and PDAC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LSCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where TRAF5 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
