TRAF5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAF5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,095 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FNBP4, PCF11, and ANGEL2. Each is linked with TRAF5 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF5-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAF5 versus FNBP4 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
