TRAF5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAF5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,460 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAF5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RO60, MFAP4, and MYH11. Each is linked with TRAF5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF5-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAF5 versus RO60 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
