Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAF5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,902 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPATCH2, GLIPR1, and LINC01116. Each is linked with TRAF5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF5-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAF5 versus GPATCH2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
