TRAF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAF5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, TSC1, and MEK1. Each is linked with TRAF5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF5-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT3_pY705 grouped by TRAF5-low versus TRAF5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
