TRAF4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,572 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAF4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT6H, ZMYM3_S464, and PRPF8. Each is linked with TRAF4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF4-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAF4 versus SUPT6H in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
