Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAF4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,919 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCN4, COLEC12, and VCAM1. Each is linked with TRAF4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF4-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAF4 versus CCN4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
