TRAF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAF4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Gab2, JNK_pT183_Y185, and JNK2. Each is linked with TRAF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF4-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Gab2 grouped by TRAF4-low versus TRAF4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
