Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,857 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAF4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of mRNA catabolic process, Oocyte growth, and Negative regulation of chromosome condensation. Each is linked with TRAF4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF4-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF4 results are reported.
