Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAF3IP2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAF3IP2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher TRAF3IP2 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAF3IP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and PDAC show a favorable association.

GBM, PDAC, and UCEC are the cancer types where TRAF3IP2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
