TRAF3IP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAF3IP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,955 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAF3IP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PREP, REPS1, and VTA1. Each is linked with TRAF3IP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF3IP2-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF3IP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAF3IP2 versus PREP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAF3IP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAF3IP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
