Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAF3IP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,455 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAF3IP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCAS4, FABP5, and PLCB1. Each is linked with TRAF3IP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF3IP2-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF3IP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAF3IP2 versus BCAS4 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAF3IP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAF3IP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
