The most reproducible TRAF3IP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Eosinophil homeostasis, Establishment of T cell polarity, and Eosinophil mediated immunity. Each is linked with TRAF3IP2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF3IP2-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF3IP2 results are reported.
