Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAF3IP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAF3IP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, eIF4E, and GATA3. Each is linked with TRAF3IP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF3IP1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF3IP1 results are reported.
