TRAF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAF3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSP70, INPP4B, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with TRAF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF3-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSP70 grouped by TRAF3-low versus TRAF3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
