TRAF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRTM1, FGF21, and PROX1. Each is linked with TRAF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF3-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRTM1 grouped by TRAF3-low versus TRAF3-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
