TRAF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,379 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RENBP, HCLS1, and IL16. Each is linked with TRAF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAF1 versus RENBP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
