TRAF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 906 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-725P, ARL2BP, and LACTB. Each is linked with TRAF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-725P grouped by TRAF1-low versus TRAF1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
