Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Gab2, MEK1, and MSH2. Each is linked with TRAF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF1 results are reported.
