Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,045 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are PML body organization, Regulation of response to cytokine stimulus, and Regulation of cytokine-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with TRAF1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF1 results are reported.
