TRAF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,930 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBX4, FBF1, and RBM12B. Each is linked with TRAF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PBX4 grouped by TRAF1-low versus TRAF1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
