TRAC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,182 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WAS, WDFY4, and WIPF1. Each is linked with TRAC in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAC-to-partner and partner-to-TRAC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAC versus WAS in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
