Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,581 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAC-associated genes across cancer lineages are BIN2, SASH3, and AOAH. Each is linked with TRAC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAC-to-partner and partner-to-TRAC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAC versus BIN2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
