Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRABD2B RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRABD2B data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher TRABD2B RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRABD2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and BRCA show a favorable association.
UVM, OV, and ESCA are the cancer types where TRABD2B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
