Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRABD mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRABD data layer compared with 31 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher TRABD mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRABD expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

LSCC, CCRCC, and UCEC are the cancer types where TRABD mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
