TRABD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRABD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,323 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRABD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCO2, TTLL12, and ITGAL. Each is linked with TRABD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRABD-to-partner and partner-to-TRABD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRABD versus SCO2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRABD→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRABD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
