Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRABD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,907 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRABD-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPM, IFT52, and LRRC49. Each is linked with TRABD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRABD-to-partner and partner-to-TRABD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRABD versus CENPM in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRABD→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRABD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
