Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRABD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,085 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRABD-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBASH3B, ZFYVE19, and SNRPD1. Each is linked with TRABD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRABD-to-partner and partner-to-TRABD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBASH3B grouped by TRABD-low versus TRABD-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRABD→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRABD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
