TRABD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRABD mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRABD-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, DJ-1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with TRABD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRABD-to-partner and partner-to-TRABD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by TRABD-low versus TRABD-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRABD→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRABD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
