Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRABD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,805 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRABD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic chromosome condensation, Positive regulation of mitochondrial fusion, and DNA topological change. Each is linked with TRABD in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRABD-to-partner and partner-to-TRABD results are reported.
