Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRA2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,018 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRA2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC1, EFTUD2, and FOXK1. Each is linked with TRA2A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRA2A-to-partner and partner-to-TRA2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRA2A versus DNAJC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRA2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRA2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
